Botanic - Rankin Park

It's always exciting to visit a construction site. At Marisa, we take a hands-on approach to all aspects of development, including what is one of the most important aspects - construction. Whilst we fully hand over the site to the construction team, Sehez Group, we still like to oversee the processes which occur. Property development is a successful collaboration of all parts of the team, the builders, the architects, planners, engineers, surveyors and Marisa Group, to form one cohesive unit.

As you can see from the photos, we are at lock-up stage externally. Internally, insulation is installed to keep our residents cool in summer and warm in winter. Ducted air conditioning has also been installed to make it nice and comfortable.

Sehez is doing a great job at powering through the build. We will provide an update next week.
