The time has literally flown by and it's time for an update on the latest at Vive.
This month we have seen a lot of progress in construction. As can be seen in the image above, the exterior cladding for unit 1 and 2 has been completed, along with the painting of the exterior. The roof has also been installed and with these components completed, the scaffolding has been removed to reveal the architectural design of the townhouses.
With the exterior of the first 2 townhouses completed, we are now concentrating on finishing the exterior cladding, roofing and painting for the remaining houses.
Internal linings are also being completed at this stage. From the image above, you can see the custom made stairs are also being installed.
It's very exciting to see the progress within this last month, with consistent dry weather. Be sure to check back next month for the next update.
