Introducing Concordia - Teralba

Concordia is a small 7 villa development situated in the relaxed lake-side suburb of Teralba. Designed with residents in mind, Concordia caters towards a wider market, from retirees seeking easy single level living, through to families wanting a relaxed lifestyle.

Quite distinct from most other developments, Concordia provides space for residents to enjoy their home and to entertain in style. In fact, five of the seven villas are also completely separated from other villas, with its own unique layout and design. The other two villas are split level, providing flexibility for the owner to keep it as a rumpus or transform it into a teenager's retreat.

Needless to say, we at Marisa Group are proud and incredibly excited to bring this new and unique product to the market. At the present moment, we are at a stage that we enjoy most in the property development process. Choosing materials and colour! Whilst we have a keen eye for the latest trends and styles, we also collaborate with professional colour consultants and interior designers who have been in the industry for many years.

This project is an amalgamation of two existing renovated period homes with five newly built villas. For this to succeed, one of the criteria that had to be met was to bring together the old with the new in harmony with each other whilst simultaneously demonstrating their own individuality. For this reason, we sought the advice of colour consultant and renovation guru, Belinda Westblade.
