Site Visit 27/06/2018
The weather continues to be unkind to this project, causing the ground to form a muddy sludge. You can feel your boots sinking a few centimetres with each step.

This, however, does not stop work being continued on site. Today, the plumbers are digging trenches in the ground to install NBN services and stormwater. The site is also being prepared for the driveway to be poured.

Meanwhile, internal work continues, with skirting boards, architraves being installed to windows and robes.

The last of the kitchens is being installed by Adam and his team, at Total Kitchens. Once the cabinetry, sink and appliances are installed, the stone bench top will be laid, finishing the kitchen installation.

Below, Joe at Cool Tech shows the air conditioning grate for the lower storey, which will be installed in the bulkhead above the kitchen cabinetry. This will supply air from ducting that can be seen in the image above, keeping occupants cool in summer and warm in winter.

Tiling is also being laid down in the wet areas, as can be seen in the image below.

The project is coming together nicely with the final stages due in the following few weeks.
