Botanic - Rankin Park is coming to the final stages of construction. After the lock up stage, Sehez Group is now concentrating on the interior.
As could be seen above, the tiling in the bathrooms is complete. Here, you could see the floor -to-ceiling tiling as the feature wall in one of the main bathrooms. The hexagonal feature tile beautifully highlights the freestanding bath, which will be installed before it.
The stone bench top is installed in the kitchen. We are now just waiting for appliances and taps to complete the kitchen!
We are always thinking about practicality and clever storage solutions. The lit up under-stair space provides ample room to place items large and small for the entire family.
The large panels of the garage doors, finished in a dark grey colour completes the modern external appearance.
