Botanic - Rankin Park

As Botanic is heading towards it's final few weeks of construction, there is again a flurry of activity to complete the build. It's great to see electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and air conditioning installers all being coordinated by the builder to work cohesively in building and installing the products.

As property developers, Marisa Group is always pleased to see through a project from start to finish and are incredibly proud of the team who put it all together. At the same time, we also humbled by the fact that we have created housing that people aspire to live in. This is why we feel the responsibility to bring to the community homes that are put together with quality products, by quality people.

The driveway was seen to be prepared last week. This week, the concrete was poured and laid down. It is coloured in a darker tone, with a beautiful cove finish. The kerbs will be installed later this week.

The stormwater detention tank is also being installed at the front of the driveway.

Internally, the kitchen appliances, taps and sinks are being installed. This gooseneck kitchen mixer is a great feature which stands tall on the island bench.

Finally, the bathrooms are also being fitted out with toilets, vanities, showers and baths being installed.
