Botanic - Rankin Park

Site Visit 10th August 2018

This week Sehez has been busy coordinating the final construction of Botanic. This included installing the flooring, touching up paint, and completing the stormwater retention tank. As you can see in the image above, the blackbutt timber posts have been installed together with a timber landing to create a beautiful entrance to each townhouse.

The entrance in the image above shows the timber features of the front townhouse. The timber gives each house a natural tone that extends throughout the home.

Here you can see the completed bathroom with the freestanding bathtub against the feature tiled wall. With natural light filling the bathroom, it provides a sanctuary for relaxation.

The shower screens have also been installed. The black semi-frameless screen really gives an elegant finish and provides a frame to display the feature tiled wall.

The office nook upstairs is also filled with natural light to provide a comfortable environment for study or play.
