It has been 4 weeks since the last update and although there has been some weather in Newcastle, construction is pushing on. As you can see from the above photo, the second storey frame is almost complete for unit 3 and 4.
The framing for unit 1 and 2 are also being constructed, with the 2nd storey flooring to be built on top of the framework next.
Windows have also started to be installed into the framework. The kitchen splashback window is being displayed in the photo above, allowing plenty of light to fill the kitchen and living space.
From the 2nd storey, the large windows shown above allow lots of light into the bedrooms. Here you can see the Joslin street shopping village across the road, where residents could stroll across the street for breakfast, coffee, or just a hairdressing appointment.
