Site Inspection 06/12/2018
It has been a few weeks since the last site inspection and the construction of Joslin Central is progressing well. As can be seen above, scaffolding is raised for second storey and roofing construction.
Above is the panoramic view of the street, as seen from the balcony, with the Joslin street village on the left, shifting through the treeline and towards the views of Charlestown to the right. The Alto apartments could be seen on the horizon of the right.
The external walls of all units on the ground floor have completed. Above is the lounge of unit 4, looking towards the rear courtyard.
This is the opposite view of the same lounge area, but facing the kitchen in the background. The wide panoramic glass allows plenty of light into the kitchen and acts as a splash back to the sink.
Electricals have also been installed in unit 3 and 4 on the second floor. As you can also see in the above picture the roof has also been completed on unit 3 and 4.
The above image shows that plumbing is also installed onto the second storey. This image is the floor of the main bathroom on the second storey.
As you can see, construction is going well as the weather has been relatively kind for construction. We will update the blog as construction continues.
