Site Inspection 9th January 2019
Happy 2019! After a short break over the Christmas period, construction has recommenced. Units 3 and 4 in particular has shown quite a bit of progress, especially considering the holiday season.
As you can see in the image above, the exterior cladding installation and painting has been completed. The scaffolding has therefore been removed in preparation for the laying of the driveway.
Internally, the insulation and plastering is complete. In the above image, we are discussing final details of the kitchen design with the carpenter, supervisor and project manager to ensure clear communication between each party.
On the second storey, cornices between the ceilings and walls are also complete. The waterproof lining in the ensuites and bathrooms has been installed in preparation for tiling to occur.
