Joslin Central - Kotara

Site Inspection 23rd January 2019

The site was buzzing with activity with surveyors, tilers, and carpenters all working together on the project. In the above image, you can see the exterior cladding is complete on units 1 and 2. The black steel balcony handrails have been installed.

As you can see, the internals of units 1 and 2 are now awaiting insulation and wall cladding before the next stage.

Back in units 3 and 4, the entry doors have also been installed. The side panel of glass allows light into the living area, but are also is narrow enough for privacy.

Another addition is that of the stairs and the handrail, which has been just installed today. The window at the top of the stairs really allow the stairway to be well lit.

In the bathroom and ensuite, the floor tiles have also been installed. This is waiting for it be set, before wall tiling commences.

The final image is that of the living area, which has had insulation and wall cladding installed. It is now waiting for the painter for the first coat of paint.

We will continue to update the blog as construction continues into its final stages.
