Site Inspection 13th February, 2019

Over the last month Sehez and their crew have been busy with completing the exterior of the 4 townhouses. As you can see from the above image, the scaffold has been removed, showing for the first time, the design of the front of the townhouses.

The louvre windows at the front of unit 1 is a great design feature that has been installed, allowing light and airflow into the living area.

The fence in unit has been installed on one side of the property, with the other side to be installed in the coming week or two.

Internally, we are concentrating on completing the painting of the walls and ceilings. Above you can see the painters finishing painting and sealing the windows and architraves. The white paint and the black window frames really creates a nice contrast and border.

Above, Luke and James are planning the next stage of this construction. The constant communication between the supervisor and project manager is one of the keys of a successful and efficient building process.

The bathroom is one of the most important areas of a home. An area of harmony and relaxation. Therefore, a lot of care and consideration has been placed on the design and function of this area. Louise Hatcher, our colour consultant and interior designer, has done a tremendous job in the selection of tiles, which really captures our vision of this room.

In the courtyard, the ground is being prepared for the installation of stormwater pipework.
As you can see, Joslin Central is progressing well. We will continue to update you as construction continues.
