Welcome to another update at the Joslin Central project. Over the last few weeks, Sehez has been busy coordinating the fit out on the interior of the project.
As you can see from the image above, the kitchen is mostly complete with the cooktop and sink to be installed shortly.
When the floorboards have been laid, it always makes such a difference to the interior. Even though construction completion is still a few weeks away, there is such a homely feeling when the boards are laid down.
Above is a different angle of the kitchen, where you can see the layout of the fridge, dishwasher and oven spaces neatly designed into this area. There are a large number of shelves on the right to increase the amount of usable space in the kitchen. The huge island bench to the right with the overhanging bar light is designed to be a place for breakfast, coffee or any enjoyment.
The ensuite and main bathroom is also near completion, The light filled rooms are designed to be an area to unwind and relax. The free-standing bath and monsoon showers add a touch of class to this area.
Of course storage is a major consideration in the design of these townhouses. Every effort has been made in each area to provide smart and useful storage solutions.
The next stage is of course, laying the driveway and completing the exterior. This will be happening within the next few week providing the weather stays dry.
