With the completion of Joslin Central in June, a 4 townhouse project in Kotara, all efforts at Marisa Group has been to proceed with the next project that is in the plan.
We are very pleased to announce that construction work has commenced at Concordia - Teralba. This project is a 7 villa and townhouse development that is facing Tulkaba Park and Lake Macquarie. With easy access into single storey living, as well as all the amenities Lake Macquarie has to offer, Concordia - Teralba has been a popular product.
Construction involves the complete renovation of the 2 existing houses that will bring it to modern standards, whilst maintaining the heritage character they each possess. The second part of the plan is to build 2 brand new single storey villas and 3 double storey townhouses that also complements the existing houses. The aim is to integrate the existing and the new in a harmonious manner to achieve Concordia.
