We, at Marisa Group, are very excited to announce the commencement of Vive - Warners Bay. This project involves the construction of 5 brand new townhouses in Warners Bay, the central hub of Lake Macquarie. Designed by award winning local architects SHAC, to take advantage of the ideal corner location. All 5 homes have their own street frontages with individual driveways and entrances leading into their own home. Each home created to have their own individual layout and appearance. This project is to get excited about!
Marisa Group has also collaborated with MARS building for the construction of VIVE- Warners Bay. MARS is an award winning local builder who specialises in the construction of residential multi-unit developments, high end housing construction, as well as commercial construction. They have over 25 years experience in the industry and is a trusted brand in the region.
